Adela received her RYT-500 hour training from SriMa International School of Transformational Yoga, New Delhi India, Yoga Alliance International, under the direct guidance and discipleship of Swami Vidyananda- Founder and President of Yoga Alliance International.  Adela is passionate about Yoga and sharing it with others in a safe, fun and caring ambiance. She has taught students from around the world at the SriMa International School of Transformational Yoga.

 

Come join us in Adela's Prenatal Yoga starting this Thursday at 12:30 PM and her Transformational Hatha yoga starting the following week on Mondays and Wednesdays at 8:30AM and one (1) Saturday a month at 2:00PM.
