YIN YOGA

A slower and more relaxed flow with long held floor poses (2-5 mins) to stretch and target the deep connective tissues of your lower body parts. We PLAY with props, journal and music. All levels welcomed!

TRX FOR YOGA

Enhance your yoga practice with this TRX for Yoga flow practice.  We will perform traditional yoga poses with a TRX Suspension that will challenge and support our workout and enhance a deeper stretch as we work with our flow.  "The TRX will help us build not only muscle strength but also confidence on certain poses that tend to be difficult or induce fear". All levels welcomed! Classes are limited to 8 participants.

HATHA YOGA

Please join us with this gentle yet strong and steady flow that focus on strength, openness, stillness, awareness and breath.

DANCE FITNESS

A group exercise class that incorporates many forms of dance. Get ready to hit the dance floor, get a complete body workout and most importantly to have some fun! All levels welcomes!

DARING TO REST

Need a mid-day Nap? The guided yoga Nidra meditation takes you down into a deep brain wave state that cannot be reached during conventional sleep. Join us on this 45min "yogic sleep" and still the waves of your mind through conscious entry into the sleep state with blankets and soft music.

KIDS YOGA FLOW

The mission of Kids Yoga Flow is to create a safe space for children to be present, build social and emotional intelligence, develop self-regulation strategies, and provide them with tools to lead their lives with courage, compassion, and intent on and off the mat.

YOGA FLOW

Start with a fun flow, mixing some hip-engaging dance moves with Vinyasa Yoga poses. End your practice with long held floor poses (2-5 mins) to stretch and target the deep connective tissues of your lower body parts.

Thursdays at 10:30 AM

VINYASA FLOW

Engage in a all level Vinyasa flow, learn poses and how to move, breathe and stretch between them. We may play with music and our journals!

This is an open level class.  Beginners welcomed.
